Japan will give $3.7million to Pakistan for establishment of scientific development programs.
In this regard, a special celebration was held in Islamabad in which Secretary Economic Affairs Division Dr Waqar Masood represented Pakistan while Japanese Ambassador to Pakistan Hiroshi Oe stood for his country and signed the agreement.
