PM yousaf Raza Gilani has said that letter to Swiss court is unconstitutional.
Better to face contempt of court than death sentence over violation of Article 6 of the constitution, he said.
He said this while addressing the annual convocation of Islamia University of Bahawalpur.
The Prime Minister has said the people of the Punjab want a new province not an administrative unit.
