SC says sending contempt issue to NA could be mulled if Gilani confesses to his offence.
PM’s attorney Aitzaz Ahsan said this during the hearing of the contempt case against Yousaf Raza Gilani. Seven-member bench headed by Justice Nasirulmulk heard the case.
