A petition has been filed in the SC to put the name of ISI chief on ECL.
Supreme Court on Tuesday was moved to put the name of Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) chief Lieutenant General Ahmed Shuja Pasha on exit control list.
The petition filed by missing persons’ counsel Tariq Asad Advocate said Pasha is responsible for thousands people going missing, as these people were removed at his behest.
