People’s protest against 18-hour power cuts turned violent in Jhelum and Faisalabad.
In Faisalabad, protestors blocked Samundari Road and burnt tires. They also pelted stones on the police. According to reports, the power cuts continue in the whole of country including Faisalabad and Jhelum. In Jhelum, protestors attacked the Wapda office and damaged it during the rally.
